Everyone, at some point in their life, will need legal services of one sort or another. Divorces, wills, probate, evictions, lawsuits, criminal defense, the list goes on. Not everyone can afford these services when the need arises, though, and this can lead to catastrophic results. Enter MLS, LDP, CP, Legal Consultant Seth Usifo Nwosu®, who, together with his wife, Dr. Cambria J. Nwosu, DNP, RN, LNC, formed Seth Usifo Nwosu® Incorporated (SUN INC), to offer affordable legal services and Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) services to those for whom attorneys or thorough medical record interpretation are out of reach. The couple, who have successfully operated under SUN INC in New Jersey and Arizona, have recently expanded their service area to include California, Florida, and Nevada.
The pandemic has left the world reeling financially in both the personal and business sectors. Americans are increasingly struggling to put food on the table while businesses grapple with staffing shortages and mass resignations. This has created both an ever-growing need for affordable solutions and an expanding outsourcing market for entrepreneurs like the Nwosu’s.

Who we are
Founded in March 2008, Mr. Nwosu coined the acronym SUN INC as an ode to his first, middle, and last name and his African heritage. Over the years, SUN INC has morphed into a tech-based legal service corporation by providing access to high-quality, affordable legal services remotely, without face-to-face contact with its clients. SUN INC’s virtual legal service business model allowed it to remain open and expand operations throughout the pandemic, avoiding COVID-19 restrictions while maintaining operability.
“SUN INC was created as a result of the marketplace’s lack of access to quality and affordable legal services.”
Mission
"SUN INC exists as an alternative between legal aid and private legal counsel, servicing those who cannot afford an attorney and those who do not financially qualify for legal aid."
Legal Document Preparation
Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents: contracts, wills, powers of attorney, affidavits, pleadings.
Certified Paralegal Support

Our Team
Non-Attorney Legal Consultant, Legal Document Preparer, Certified Paralegal, Professional Organization and Public Policy Consultant
Mr. Nwosu is a first-generation, self-incorporated Legal Consultant, and recent graduate from ASU Law’s Master of Legal Studies program. As a graduate student at ASU Law, Mr. Nwosu was also granted the opportunity to study international law abroad at Monash University in Prato, Italy. As a result of his attendance at Monash, he was invited to serve as an Independent Researcher at UNIDROIT International Institute for the Unification of Private Law in Rome, Italy. Before SUN INC, Mr. Nwosu worked as a law clerk for judges and paralegal for various law offices in the public and private sectors. From legal aid, public defender, state attorney general, department of administration, consumer protection, to the superior court, Mr. Nwosu has an abundance of experience in a variety of different legal specialties. But one of the commonalities amongst all the law offices Mr. Nwosu has worked for is the overall lack of access to quality and affordable legal services. As a result of the global pandemic, many people have begun to reassess their self-value, whether their personal/economic/health and wellness goals are being met and whether their reason for being is being fulfilled.
As a Certified Paralegal and Legal Document Preparer (Legal Document Assistant - California), Mr. Nwosu is trained in a variety of core legal specialties including contracts, torts, property, and criminal law. This level of expertise uniquely qualifies him to assist in the areas of legal research, legal writing, and litigation support services to individuals, businesses, attorneys, and government agencies throughout the United States and abroad, where permitted under state, federal and international law. Mr. Nwosu is not an attorney and therefore cannot give legal advice nor represent individuals or entities in court. Mr. Nwosu and SUN INC are authorized to enter non-attorney appearances (to advise and make administrative court appearances in administrative law proceedings) on the behalf of self-represented individuals and entities before administrative agencies involving legal matters such as Procurement Bid Protests, Unemployment Appeals, ACA Marketplace Appeals, SSA Appeals, and EEOC Complaints, amongst other administrative agency matters, throughout the United States were permitted under state and federal law.

Dr. Cambria J. Nwosu, DNP, RN, LNC
Expert Legal Nurse Consultant and Medical Record Analyst
Dr. Nwosu is a first-generation Legal Nurse Consultant. Dr. Nwosu began her career in medicine as a Biology/Pre-Medicine student at Rutgers University (Camden). Nursing became her calling after realizing that it’s not enough to just exist in this world and not help others. After graduation, instead of medical school, she decided to pursue a career as a Registered Nurse by attending Essex County College (ECC) in Newark, New Jersey. As a nursing student, Dr. Nwosu had the opportunity to attend clinicals and externships at East Orange General Hospital, The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), and Newark Beth Israel Hospital (NBIH), amongst other externships.
As a nursing student at ECC, Dr. Nwosu worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in short and long-term rehabilitative facilities and nursing homes. As a result of her externship at NBIH, Dr. Nwosu was offered the opportunity to work as an Adult/Pediatric Operating Room Nurse at NBIH after graduation from ECC. In 2012, Dr. Nwosu relocated to Arizona with her husband and continued working as an Operating Room Nurse at John C. Lincoln Hospital (Honor Health) in the specialties of Neuro/Spine/Trauma/Urology/Orthopedic/Gynecology/Plastic/General/Podiatry surgeries. By and through her surgical Operating Room experiences, amongst other post-graduate experiences, Dr. Nwosu transitioned into the role of a hospital administrator as a Neurosurgery RN Navigator and Stroke Coordinator at Abrazo Central Campus. As a result of her work at Abrazo, Dr. Nwosu was granted the opportunity to work as a Nurse Executive for a national telemedicine company.
As the holder of a Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Drexel University and Certified as an Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) and Surgical Services Manager (CSSM), Dr. Nwosu offers her services to attorneys/law firms, insurance companies, business & industry legal departments, forensic environments, healthcare facilities, and government agencies. Dr. Nwosu’s services include case analysis, defense medical examinations, personal injury medical record interpretation, medical malpractice, toxic tort law, complex litigation, workers’ compensation, long-term care litigation/elder law, risk management, forensic/criminal law, civil rights, employment discrimination, deposition, and trial prep. As a recent graduate of Chamberlain University, Dr. Nwosu earned the legal right to practice as a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Dr. Nwosu’s DNP status expands her scope of practice far beyond that of a Registered Nurse (RN). As a licensed, insured, and bonded RN in Arizona as recognized under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), Dr. Nwosu has the legal right to practice as a registered nurse throughout the United States and abroad, where permitted under state, federal and international law. “As an operating room nurse, nurse educator, stroke coordinator, nurse leader, and now a healthcare executive, my experiences can provide great depth on why my consulting services can prove vital to a young attorney, law firm, or business where a medical expert is needed.”
